- Upload new service plan showing items are completed, cancelled or unattended
- Update the closure form (word doc) showing employed, in training or other
- Upload forms 2 and 3 to CTS

Every contact attempt has to be logged. If you call a client and client does not pick up or respond, use add additional information to log this.

- After intake notes are updated on CTS; Next Step is to create the Service Plan (Excel document)
- Fill out the excel form
- Click on all the things you have done
- Add date and in progress
We need a minimum of 2 items. Examples can be:
- Career assessment
- Resume review
- Research occupations
- customer basic plan item: second career/return to school
- Attend an interview
- Reg form
- Service Plan excel form
- resume if available
- ROE if applicable (for SC)
- Fill the tracking form for File open
- Enter client name and CTS ID
- ES initial
- Any notes that are relevant
- Once information is in Cams
- ES to always ensure client is not inactive
- Search client by name
- Click on case reference number
- Click on case reference number with active status
- Go to Plan content tab
- Sub tab: Job search
- Sub plan item --> click on the 3 dots --> add plan item --> add custom basic ex case management . This can be used for calling and reminding
- Expected start date is date of intake
- Expected end date is today's date
- Expected outcome is supports in place
