What is adapting to the audience?
Audience analysis involves identifying the audience and adapting a speech to their interests, level of understanding,attitudes and beliefs
Identifying the needs, wants, and feelings that may motivates your audience.
Identify the objective features of your product or policy that could meet needs
Show the audience how you can meet their needs with the features of the product
Audience sensitivity is a very important part of the transaction. Audience needs to be assesed for ways to attract their attention and what sort of beliefs and expectation they have when partaking in the information transaction
Always adapting the 'you' attitude when writing to the receiver/audience
Demonstrate business etiquette
Emphasize positivity and always use bias- free language
use bias free language and avoid words that unfair and categorize people in related ways
such as gender,race,age,ethnicity,disability.
