use each opportunity to rewire my behavior instead of just keep the streak alive

Always hangout with friends and be in a great mood all the time

always avoid being depressed

dont look at naked girls on socials

dont think of girls

pray the prayers with concentration

do continuous remembrance of Allah

take cold showers

create a strong visualization of Hell

I watch porn sometimes

Allah is not in my heart

watch Islamic videos every day

do hypnosis which is basically listening to emotions videos or podcast before sleeping so that it enters the subconscious mind

do Islamic courses to solidify my Iman

read the the meaning of the quran and contemplate on the meaning

read/memorize surahs and then understand the tafseer

always do heavy workouts and study or work session so that you tire out the brain and the body

try reading or doing something really boring late at night while stopping your self from taking Dopamine from technology

reduce the time you spend on watching vids while eating dinner

I get distracted too easily

meditate before starting a solid work session

break down major task in small peaces

make micro to do list for each major task

write down every reason why doing that task is the main priority

turn on light music

make a not to do list for a certain time

watch motivational videos

block distracting apps on phone

block distracting sites on Browser

PASSIVE Long-term solutions

dont play more than 1:30 mins of games

dont spend too much time on social media

dont watch too much funny/entertainment videos

watch interview/ lecture vids more often than entertainment vids

play games that are extremely less addicting

dont really know my priorities

I dont workout enough

create habits that will lead to you working out

always know what you will work on when working out during rest time

maybe listen to a long lecture

or do tasks that gets put off every single day

make a lot of dua
