NB, it's quite arbitrary the distinction between History and examination in this station.
In short, for the history, you are very much just asking the parent to tell you about the different aspects of each domain.
In the examination, you are describing how, using the tools/toys that you have been given, you might try to get the child to demonstrate the particular skills.
Additional rules for this particular examination are that you can't ask any questions in the "history" about the domain you have been asked to "examine". So, in those particular domains, you need to
