Red Cell Suspension
Procedure
Four tubes have been labelled along with the blood group
1 drop of red blood cells have been administered into each test tubes
The test tubes have been filled up to ¾ full with 0.9% saline in order to resuspend the cells
The test tubes have been centrifuged for 30 seconds at 3000 rpm for 3 times
1 drop of red cells have been added along with 49 drops of saline in order to make 2% red cell suspension
1 drop of red cells have been added along with 19 drops of saline in order to make 5% red cell suspension
1 drop of red cells have been added along with 9 drops of saline in order to make 10% red cell suspension

Reverse Blood Typing
Procedure
The serum for each donor has been prepared along with the ABO type cells
1 drop of each donor's serum has been placed in the tile for A cell, B cell, and O cell respectively
1 drop of type A cell has been administered into the red blood cells on the "A cell" tiles
1 drop of type B cell has been administered into the red blood cells on the "B cell" tiles
1 drop of type O cell has been administered into the red blood cells on the "O cell" tiles
Applicator sticks has been used to mix the serum with the red cells
The grouping tile has been rotated in a circular motion for 30 seconds

Forward Blood Typing
Procedure
The grouping tile has been cleaned and prepared along with the donors blood and the reagents
1 drop of each donor has been placed in the tile for anti-A, anti-B, anti-AB, and anti-D respectively
1 drop of anti-A reagent has been administered into the red blood cells on the "anti-A" tiles
1 drop of anti-B reagent has been administered into the red blood cells on the "anti-B" tiles
1 drop of anti-AB reagent has been administered into the red blood cells on the "anti-AB" tiles
1 drop of anti-D reagent has been administered into the red blood cells on the "anti-D" tiles
Applicator sticks has been used to mix the reagents with the red cells
