New paradigms: virtual environments, online education, e-learning, blended learning, rapid e-learning, mobile learning
-
- Virtual environments: we understand by virtual teaching and learning environment (EVEA) a space hosted on the Internet that has been specially designed to be used for educational purposes.
- Online education: with this, problems of the lack of physical spaces can be solved, because as long as there is access to the internet, education can reach anywhere.
- E-learning: Teaching-learning processes that are carried out through the Internet, characterized by a physical separation between teachers and students.
- Blended learning: Blended learning is learning that combines e-learning (asynchronous encounters) with face-to-face (synchronous) encounters, taking the advantages of both types of learning.
- Rapid e-learning: the set of tools and methods that we apply to the process of development and construction of an e-learning course aimed at creating it in the shortest possible time and at the minimum cost.
- Mobile learning: is the educational strategy that takes advantage of Internet content through mobile electronic devices, such as tablets or phones.
management areas
-
The three areas that must be taken into account in the management of an E-learning project are the educational, technological and organizational areas.
Logistics and marketing
-
Once the design and piloting of the e-learning training solution has been completed, the training center must make its training offer known to its potential clients and attract as many students as possible.
Team formation
-
Execution of quality control. Control of the different planned activities. Control the scope - costs and activate corrective plans during the execution of the project and the achievement of new projects. Definition of key indicators to be met, quantitative and qualitative.
Life cycle of a project
-
This phase refers to shaping that base content through a solid structure and studying the methods necessary for it to make sense
. Vision, mission and leadership
-
-
The E-learning community is a collaborative academic network that promotes research and training on topics related to E-learning and the use of ICT.
Vision: of collaborative research and training projects related to E-learning and the use of ICT in academic processes.
Leadership: they are a disruptive innovation, that is, a technology that replaces the previous ones, and aimed at changing the entire teaching scenario.

Mobile devices
-
It can be defined as a small device, with some processing capabilities, with permanent or intermittent connection to a network, with limited memory, which has been specifically designed for one function, but which can carry out other more general functions
Networks
-
Group of computers and other devices, such as printers and scanners, connected through a communication link and configured using different software, which allows the interaction of all devices with each other
Servers
-
It is a computer device that stores, distributes and supplies information. Servers work based on the "client-server" model. The client can be both a computer and an application that requires information from the server to function

Interaction within a virtual classroom, be it asynchronous or synchronous, can be analyzed from five pedagogical dimensions: organizational, informative, communicative, practical, and tutorial and evaluative.
