PABC: make sure patient is comfortable,
open airway, maintain oxygen, monitor vitals.

EMS: will admin IV Fluids.

Main Goal: Normalize patient temperature.

Fatal if left untreated.

Admit to hospital ASAP

I.V. admin of thyroid hormone replacement.
