Who has human rights?
Everybody. Criminals, heads of state, children, men, women, Africans, Americans, Europeans, refugees, stateless persons, the unemployed, the employed, etc.
When human rights were created?
The Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the UN General Assembly on December 10, 1948
What are human rights?
They are moral rights of every human bein, we are making a moral claim, usually before our own government without any distinction of:
Color
Religion
Sex
Languaje
Nacionality
Where do human rights come from?
They come from the fact that we are not only physical beings, but are also necessary to protect and preserve each other's humanity.
