You can’t stay still when you have the ball on feet so if you don’t do so the ball would be given to the opposite team as a free kick.
A needed rule is that you can’t pass the ball with feet an less it is a ground pass so for passing it to somebody troughs air you need to use hand, if you don’t do so the ball will be a free kick to opposite team
A rule for foot ball to involve people should be able to to pass it to every body we need to use our hands even.

Making sure to keep active through physical activity and sport has many health and social benefits. Studies have shown that for the alders it’s very important to maintain regular physical activity. As it can help prevent many common diseases such as heart disease and diabetes. Either way, it has many benefits.
