Experience Cloud Sites Limits
For Enterprise, unlimited, and Performance orgs, without buying licenses, you can build 100 sites. Active, Inactive, preview state counts towards this count.
Partner Central Template: you need atleast one partner community license to build this.
User Limits
Customer Community Plus/Partner: 2 Million
Lower limit is due to roles processing. The larger number of roles can also degrade performance.
Customer Community: 10 Million
Customer Community License Limits
Partner license needs to be associated with account that is enabled as a Partner Account
Email templates cannot be created by community users
Customer Community License: Uses Sharing Sets
Customer Community Plus/Partner Community License: Uses Sharing Sets, Sharing Rules, Roles Heirarchy
External users: Cannot edit case comments or delete cases or update case status.
Quotes Tab: Not available via Salesforce Tab + VF template. It is available via other objects like Opportunity.
Enable Notifications: This permission is read only for Partner Community License users.
Person Accounts cannot be used on Partner Community
Guest Users count (no. of guest users) is not limited
Community Usage Limits: Bandwidth
Developer: 500 MB (per community per rolling 24 hrs window)
Unlimited, Enterprise, Performance: 1 GB for Sandbox, 40 GB for Production (per community per rolling 24 hrs window)

Enterprise: 500, 000/month max page views
Performance, Unlimited: 1 M / month max page views

Monitoring: Can be done in Page Views > Monthly Trend Report in COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT PACKAGE. It can also be seen in SETUP --> COMPANY INFORMATIOn
Community Usage Limits: Service Request Time Limit
Developer: 10 mins (per 24 hr rolling window per community)
Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited: 30 mins for sandbox, 60 hrs for production
Total service time is calculated based on the total server time needed to generate community pages
Community Group Email Limits:
Post Email Notification: Is disabled when more than 10, 000 community members select this setting.
Daily Digest: All members are changed to daily digest that provide summarized activity on the community.
Custom Object Limits:
Customer Community, Community Plus, Partner Community, Lightning Platform Starter

Role Limits:
No. of role per org: 50, 000. But it can be increased by contacting SF Account Executive to 100, 000.
3 types of roles: Executive, Manager, User. Default role is only one but it can be changed in EXPERIENCE CLOUD SETTINGS.
Roles are enabled when accounts are created. Each account needs to be assigned a role.
Only Customer Community Plus or Partner Community license allows role. Customer Community cannot.
