There are only 14 states that are not members of the WTO and these states include:
Aruba, Eritrea, Kiribati, Kosovo, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Monaco, Nauru, North Korea, Palau, the Palestinian Territories, San Marino, Sint Maarten, and Tuvalu.
States who are not members of the WTO often continue to negotiate with the WTO for their trading rights however they are not official members.
