you would stand above these 4 teams, it is a functional lead role, we have 77 people working on L1 desk, they do not need to be managed as an external supplier manages this, it is more about functional perspective - you as a Network Team Lead / Operation Solution Consultant (computer storage - depending on what position I offer) are a topic owner, you need to make sure that the rendered services from the supplier are solved. Even though you stand above all these 4 teams, you will be mostly connected to One Service Desk - you manage the whole portfolio. Simply put, we should be the first ones who see an incident, an ideal scenario is that our customers would not not even notice something has happened.

there is one person focusing on network, one person focusing on computer and storage, than one person focusing only on tools, then one person focusing on ServiceNow
great thing about this role is a fact that if you see an incident, see a possibility for process improvement, infrastructure improvement, you will communicate with all four teams and engineers, you will have a great influence as we also, among others, want to drive automation workflows intensively
