Mixture
A mixture is made when two or more substances are combined, but not chemically combined. There are two main categories of mixtures: homogeneous mixtures and heterogeneous mixtures.
Pure
Pure substances are substances that are made up only of one kind of particles and has a fixed or constant structure
Element
Any substance that cannot be decomposed into simpler substances by ordinary chemichal processes. Elements are the fundamental materials of which all matter is composed

Heterogenous Mixture
A heterogeneous mixture is a mixture in which the composition is not uniform throughout the mixture.
