Rule:
(1) No sub-teams, focused on 1 objective at a time (Product Goal); (2) 10 or fewer people

(1) Maximizing the value of the product
(2) May delegate the responsibility to others, but remains accountable
(3) Want to change the Product Backlog? --> convince the PO
Characteristic:
(1) Cross-functional; (2) Self-managing (internally decide who does what, when, and how)
01 Scrum Master:
(1) Helping everyone understand Scrum theory and practice
(2) Accountable for the Scrum Team’s effectiveness
