Central food groups: vegetables, fruits, whole-grain products, potatoes, legumes and dairy.
Moderate quantities: native cold-drawn pant oils, nuts, oleaginous seeds and fruits.
Small or no amount: meat, fish and eggs.
This concept includes four equally important
aspects: health, ecologic, economic and social aspects.
