Lesson Plaming and classroom survival
First one thing important in your planning is to organize your time and have extra activtities if the students finished earlyer. Ypu can predict how much timw will use in each activity but you can make the activities realted to their habilities.
Second. the overal course goals help determiante what kind of activties are needed and why, so that teachers don't need to start from scratch each day with the question What will I do tomorrow? (Page 2 1 paragraph)
Third, when you plan you have to know that there trial and error before your goals and methods work.
Basic Lesson Planning Habits
It seems to be obvious but you need to make a plan for each lesson.
Block out quality time in your weekly schedule for making
lesson plans
Write down your lesson plans with details.
The final habit is that of writing flexibility into your lesson plans.
Basis Lesson Plan Formula
Preview: Overview of the day's lesson.
Warm up: Brief activity.
Main activities: The more demading activities are here.
Optional activitiy: It is an extra main activity
Reserve (or spare-tire) activity: This is an activitiy that is not important in the plan but is there are time.
Other notes:
Timing: Time in each activity
Closure: The last or the end of a the topic or activities
Variety: Try to make different activities to encourage students
Managing the classroom
Siting
Eye contact
Your speech and voice
Instructions
Make instructions as short and simple as possible.
Make instructions as specific and clearly as possible.
Repeat the instructions using the same or almost the same wording.
Check students`comprehension of instructions by having them repeat the instruction back to you
Blackboard
Make sure your writting is large enough for people in the back to read.
Try not to talk while you are in the board.
Use devices such as overhead projectors and computers.
Use the blackboard to entertain (drawings for example)

Make activities to engage them to the class and topics and create a confortable environment
