- - - - : The polymerase unwinds the DNA strands and initiates RNA synthesis at the start point on the template strand
    - - : RNA polymerase moves along the DNA template strand and copying the template of the DNA until reaching polyadenylation signal
    - - : When reaching the pre-mRNA it can not use because there's a introns & exons that transcribe from the DNA but the introns they do not have genetic code so they must cut it out first by using the spilceosome splicing a pre-mRNA

        2.1 Codon recognition: tRNA stick with mRNA base pair at the P site
        
        2.2 Peptide bond formation: Then the polypeptide move to attach with amino acid on the tRNA in the A site
        
        2.3 Translocation: Ribosome translocates the tRNA in the A site to P site. Also empty tRNA in the P site is moved to E site and exit the ribosome

        : When the ribosome reach a stop codon or mRNA, the A site of ribosome accepts a 'release factor'. Release factor promote hydrolysis of the bond between the tRNA in the P site then ribosome assembly dissociane
