What is the issue?
Some people/cultures believe that a male's right to education is more important than a female's. For this reason, girls and women make up more than 2/3 of the illiterate population of the world

Bangladesh, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), Ethiopia, India, Haiti, Nigeria, Uganda and Yemen.

The employees who feel disrespected, discriminated and unsafe.

Solution?
Actions
Provide a checklist for organizations to assess how well they’re doing and offers advice on how to deal with sexist behavior and workplace practices. More serious legal action should be taken against these sexist aggressors in the workplace and seminars should be held regularly to promote diversity of gender, race, and age in the workplace.

People in the organization, as well as the government of that country (in terms of punishing discrimination to the fullest extent of the law)
