Name of Organisation where the sender of the memo works
The heading MEMORANDUM
Minor
To: Name and if necessary the title of the recipient
From:Name and title of the person who writes the memo
CC: Someone of a higher ranking
Date: The date, month and year.
Subject: A summary of the content of the memo
ii. Body paragraph (body)
Contains information/message that the sender wants to convey
It should only one topic of discussion
NTRODUCTION – states or explain the main idea of the memo
CENTRAL PART – details relevant information in logical order
CONCLUSION – Outlines action to be taken by the recipient or summarises the information relating to the subject of the memo.
