MOBILITY CONCERN
• A mobility concern caused by the suggested rules changes may be muscle pain, since some players have low physical activity and impaired strength, the latter are, as a matter of fact, common factor of mobility issues.
RULE CHANGE
• A rule change could be that you cannot touch the ball three times in a row.
• Every player must touch at least once the ball before scoring a goal.
MEDICAL CONCERN
• Some medical concerns caused by rule changing are, for instance, injuries, including dislocations, sprains and strains.
BENEFITS
• These rules changes might benefit of a good mental health, since they allow every player to participate the game, improving the teamwork and cooperation among the team. Therefore, the rule changes help increasing happiness and self-confidence.

Adapted rule suggestion: 1. Each player of a team must touch the ball before a team tries to score 2. You are not aloud to throw or kick the ball over 1 meter
Positive effect of this rule: This will force the player to think about their action which will make the game go at a slower pace since the player will have to reflect making injury less probable. Also makes sure that all the players are included in a game.
Mobily concern: If a player is unable to receive a fast moving ball or are unable to kick a ball inorder to make go fast, then that puts them in a tricky position since they will be forced to receive and pass it for the team to be able to score.
Physical concern: If a player is not ready to receive the ball but has not been passed to yet will be passed to and that may result in injury.
But with my second rule induries become less probable

Suggested rule changes and mobility concerns:
Instead of an ordinary ball, softer one has to be used (modification)
Smaller field
Light-weighted shoes (suitable for jogging)
15 minuts warm up before the game, including both of the teams
If a person scores a goal without passing a ball to anyone else it doesn’t count
Jogging instead of sprinting
Mobility concern:
Those rulles make game both easier and more interesting at the same time, adjusting football game to be more suitible to the concern, elderly might have
Medical consern :
the ability of getting injured decreases (softer ball, jogging)
for older people and those who had traumas game gets more trouble-free
in case everyone is included game doesn't affect mental health
Sport improves health (Improves cardiovascular health, Lowers risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes, Helps manage weight, Reduced blood pressure, Enhanced aerobic fitness, Improved muscular strength and endurance, Improved joint flexibility and range of motion, Reliefs stress)

Use a softer ball (taken from Julia)
A mobility concern is that of not being able to run very fast: if the ball is hard, a kick will throw it far, while if the ball is soft, the same force applied will result in a shorter range. This makes it easier for the elderly to dribble.
One medical concern that would be resolved by using a softer ball is osteoporosis: "it's a health condition that weakens bones, making them fragile and more likely to break. It develops slowly over several years and is often only diagnosed when a fall or sudden impact causes a bone to break (fracture)". By using a softer ball, the risk of fracture would decrease immensly.
