Tips of Writing Memo
Ensure the message is as clear as possible.
Separate the message in points-grouping related points together in paragraphs.
Make a plan first-group points together into logical sequence.
Use numbered point and sub headings.
Language Used in Memo
Use active sentence instead of passive one.
Frequently use pronoun "you" and minimise reference to "I", "he" and "she".
It should clear, concise and courteous.
