Allah talks about the traitors making dua to Him in difficult times, but forgetting Him after He responds to these people, this is why they're traitors. ayah 32
Allah is All Aware knowing what is in the womb and knowing what every soul's fate will be and saying that no soul knows what it will encounter tomorrow or how it will die.
Every one will be accountable for their own action in the Day of Judgement. Allah uses the example of how a parent will not affect the child's or incorporate their child's deeds, nor will the child for his parent. ayah 33

Disbelievers
Allah shows in ayah 21 that these disbelievers listen to their forefathers, even when the Right Message is given to them. Allah puts in a rhetorical question to show us that this mistake and decision is truly the wrong one, including Shaytan
Allah details in ayah 23 that the Prophet (PBUH) should not worry as they will return to Him in the Day of Judgement and show them what they did, as Allah knows what their hearts contain. Making them enjoy this dunya for "a little while" then giving them "harsh torment" later.
Allah states they are in denial as in their hearts they know Allah is God but do not want to believe it. ayah 25

Do not speak loudly, as it is like a donkey's voice
-
Allah is all aware and knows everything as said from the metaphor of Allah still knowing where a mustard seed will be even if it is under the biggest and many rocks.
Parents
Be good to your parents, but do not obey them if they ask to commit shirk.
-
Allah tells us that He will remind us for being nice to our parents even though they asked to do shirk
A story related to this comes from S'ad and his mother, when his mother would not eat as S'ad became a Muslim. Then S'ad said even if she had a 100 souls, he'd still stay with Islam. So in the end his mother ate.
