Eat well- nutrition plays a large role in moods

Preventing:
manage mental illness
keeping an eye out during transitional periods
educate people so they know the long term effects
Treating:
medication
behavioral counseling/therapy
long term follow up to prevent relapse

wash hands regularly
get vaccinated
clean common spaces and surfaces regularly
handle and prepare food safety
stay home when sick
cough and sneeze into sleeve/elbow
Reduce Illnesses/Deaths from Pollution by:
reduce car usage
be sure tires of car are inflated
conserve energy and electricity
use environmentally safe paints
avoid burning leaves
Reduce Road Injuries/Deaths By:
design "smarter" streets
manage speed to safe levels
educate drivers
enforce driving laws
have emergency response be faster

Good Health and Well Being has 13 targets that factor into its importance, I have included 5 of them here to help grasp a better understanding of how we as humans can better our health and well being.
