Kick off phase
Communication of the training and collecting expression of interest if the training is voluntarily based training
Ensure an attractive communication is done in order to build the interest
Set out the clear expectations
If it is assigned based groups do the comms to rest of the team promoting the group assigned to do the training
Identify the mentor and team meets the mentor
Set out what needs to be communicated here

Communicate the details of the training start
An attractive communication need to be designed
Seek the help of UX team
Execution Phase
Team to meet as a group on agreed day of the week and start group session
Session objectives to be set out before if possible
Should we have a group leader to facilitate these kind of activities
Team mentor to share the training progress update in an attractive manner to build the interest in the rest of thr group
Assistance of UX team to be sought
Team mentor to review the progress at least bi weekly
Certification phase
Mentor to initiate and facilitate the certification process
Decide on the dates for the certification
Having an explicit deadline will help team to work towards that
Ensure activities take place to assess the knowledge
What kind of methods to be utilised to be decided
Assess whether extra effort is required and if leaders to be informed in order to get additional time
Take measures to fill the gaps based on the assessment above
