        • เจาะเลือดพบกรด uric>7mg%
        
        • X-RAY ข้อพบผลวดพบผลึก uric สะสมตามข้อ
  - - - • Joint x-ray
        •Rheumatoid factor test
        •CBC
        •Synovial fluid analysis
    - - 1.ข้ออักเสบมากกว่า 3 ข้อ
      - 2.มีการอักเสบของข้อมือ หรือนิ้วมือ
      - 3.ข้ออักเสบเป็ นทั้งสองข้าง
      - 4.ข้อขยับล าบากมากว่า 1 ชั่วโมง
      - 5.พบ rheumatoid nodule
      - 6.ตรวจเลือดพบ rheumatoid factor

    - - • NSAIDs
