Forarms/Elbow
Avoid anything past 60 degree bend
Goal: Bend of 60-100 degrees. Parallel to floor.
Elbows at waist level slightly away from body
Avoid: elbows held above waist level
Neck
Avoid tilt too far forward
Goal: Head Tilt 0-15 degrees
Avoid: Tilting head to either side
Shoulders
Wrists
Avoid: Palm parallel to floor
Goal: Pinky finger side of hand slightly lower than thumb side of hand
Goal: Down and back
Avoid: Hunched
Back
Avoid: Curved back
Goal: Lean forward from HIPS
Lean 0-20 degrees
Torso
Avoid: Leaning or twisting torso
Goal: In line w/ long axis
Elbows
Forearms
