The benefit is so that people with this problems aren't going to be lonely but they can play with other old people
Because an old person can’t play for 90 minutes the football match will be divided in two parts. In the first ten minutes a team will play against the other team then in the second ten minutes other people will face each other so everyone will play only ten minutes. Because not running in football is boring in every 10 minutes there will be the golden three minutes: three minute in which you can run but tackle is forbidden in all the ten minutes. To make the sport more inclusive you can only do three touches with the ball and then you have to give it away. Every time you dont respect the rules is a free kick for the opposite team.
For people who have pulmonary proble like respiratory tract infections, tuberculosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases and bronchial asthma it is almost impossible to play for a lot of time
For old people with breathing problem

Modified Football
Joseph
modified footbal
No tackling for the elderly people because they could fall and get badly injured
No ball overhead because the ball can hit their head and they could lose balance and fall on the ground
No running because elderly people can get tired fast and can run out of breath and that could be seriously dangerous.t
