        They act as the middleperson between the community leaders like barangay officials and the Lasallian volunteers.
        
        Youth Volunteers (aged 7-18 years old)
        
        Under the supervision of parents, guardians, and government officials, they are trained to be the sea scouts that monitor their surrounding community environment.
        
        The program would be more sustainable if the youth were prioritized as emphasized by the organizers because they would be the ones capable of passing down the knowledge to a next generation when they grow up.
    - - The faculty are able to share their unique knowledge to their students and their specializations manifest through projects implemented in the community.
      - The students are able to learn beyond the classroom and see how their knowledge is applicable to changing society-at-large
