    - - Important Procedure
        
        The start and end must be a known Bench mark/ temporary Bench mark.
        
        Distance of staff to telescope is lesser than 50m to avoid earth curvature problems.
        
        Every time the telescope is set up, the bubbles are ensure to show that the telescope is flat and not crooked.
        
        The telescope and staff are put on solid ground and not soft ground.
        
        Multiple readings are taken and average is recorded to mitigate parallax error.
    - - -Note down the RL of the BM/TBM
      - -Note down all the readings taking as Foresight (FS), Intermittent Sight (IS) or Back Sight (BS)
      - -Add the initial RL and BS. Minus individually with each IS and FS. That is the RL at each reading.
      - -The FS RL reading as added with the next BS and noted as HPC. the process is continues until the end.
      - Checking the accuracy of the Booking data
        
        ΣBS-ΣFS=Last initial RL- First RL
        
        Allowable Misclosure = ±5(n)^0.5, where n is the number of equipment placings
        
        If acceptable, alter the data

      - Theodolite must be flat

      - Checking accuracy of Booking Data
        
        Misclosure distance = ((longitude misclosure^2) + (latitude misclosure^2))^0.5
        
        Fractional misclosure = total distance / Misclosure distance, Values must be above 1 : 5000 or rejected
        
        Allowable misclosure for angles = ±3Sn^0.5, where S is smallest second value, n is number of angle measured
        
        If both data within acceptable ranges, the data can be altered
- - - - Volume = (RL all 4 points / 4) * Area of 1 square
      - Total Volume = (Area /4) (total single point + 2 total double point + 3 total triple point + 4 total quadruple point)
      - Might need to take additional volume depending on the condition on site. Round up to the closest 1000 m^3
