Animal Tissue-Animal tissues are the group of cells which have similar structure and performs a particular function in animals
Nervous Tissue- Nervous tissues are highly stimulated and sensitive tissue which send and receive signals from all body parts. Nerve cells are called neurons.
Connective Tissue- The cells of connective tissue are loosely spaced and embedded in an intercellular matrix.
Adipose- Fat strong adipose tissue is found below the skin and between internal organ. The cells of this tissue are filled with fat globules.
-
Areolar-This tissue is found between the skin and muscles around blood vessels and nerves and in the bone marrow. It fills the space inside the organs.
-
Ligament- Two bones can be connected to each other by another type of connective tissue called the ligament.
-
Epithelial Tissue-The covering or protective tissues in the animal body are epithelial tissue. Epithelium covers most organs and cavities within a body. It also forms a barrier to keep different body systems separate.
Cuboidal-Forms the lining of kidney tubules and ducts of salivary gland. Provide mechanical support.

Muscular Tissue- Muscular tissues are responsible for the movement in the body. They are made up of special proteins called contractile proteins which contract and relax to cause movement.
Smooth- Smooth muscles are the involuntary muscle which are found in elementary canal, stomach, iris of eye, uretus and bronchi of lungs. The cells are spindal shaped.
Cardiac- Cardiac muscles are found in the heart. These are involuntary muscle. Cells are cylindrical, branched and uninucleate.
Striated- The cells of this tissue are long cylindrical, unbranched and multinucleate. They are found in limbs. These are type of voluntary muscles.
