What can we do now - Coggle Diagram

- - - - Challenge : Unfavourable global business conditions limit these opportunities

      - When I say local production look at overall situation. If the spare parts are still to be imported you may have to think twice
      - Doing an initial assessment for yourselves might be useful
  - - - I know this will be hard with their usual mindset. But there may be at least few of them who will be willing to take initiatives
      - if we wait till gov to make everything centralised things will never happen
      - if they think their current staff is not sufficient to do certain stuff can we make existing staff more productive - usage of computers, etc
      - Can we arrange free training on basic computer usage etc to improve the effeciencies
      - If they are using out dates technologies can we propose them free, better solutions
      - Can we provide them free project management training to get things completed more effeciently
    - - if you have network of friends in this field can we press them to have those at least in the morning
      - Can we use all morning radio shows to speak about these stuff at least for 15 minutes
      - if we start it in social media can this be a good platform. Mind you it should not be non political based with no agenda
      - Mind you this should not be allowed to be sabotaged by the opporition parties who could say this is a gov backed initiative
        Similarly Gov parties should not take credit for this
        Only way they could help is to forget the differences and work in unity considering it is a national need. All parties. Gov should get rid of their pride and invite others to contribute. Main opposition should not see as a time to topple the government rather help the country by aligning for the good causes. All other parties also could be part of it. Mind you this could be a miracle. We should be ready to do this with or without their help hence.

        This is a risky proposal not knowing where tourism will go
        
        Mind you most of the hotels are in huge debt issue
        
        Investing in them will raise their equity and might help them to survive or renegotiate
        
        As I said there is a huge risk in this if tourism does not kick in

        If people wont do this genuinely it will be really stressing
      - Can we do more using the same which will improve positive impression on the teams which will attract more work
      - This will allow released resources to do additional stuff
