Teacher Eric puts example words on the board. These words are just for helping the students with some quiz questions and to provide possible answers to their Q/A.

The first 10-15 minutes.
The teachers assist the students as needed , and we do not progress the quiz till each team is ready to answer.
The students work in groups of 2-3 people. The students share their tablets after each question answered.

Teacher Eric does not emphasize the competitive aspects of the game. The teachers emphasize that the quiz is about using their notes and working together.
The next 5 minutes.
The students will write down their vocabulary words into their English notebooks for Teacher Eric. These words will be on the PPT.
Teacher Eric will give the students in the backrow some papers with the words written on them to help with their eyesight.

Teacher Eric will say these words to the students multiple times as the students write the words into their notebooks.
The next 5-10 minutes.

The students will copy a diagram from the ppt, students with vision issues will be given a paper copy.
The students must write the English words onto the picture to make a diagram. The English words will be visible on the PPT. The students may optionally add extra Chinese or English notes.
The students will listen and repeat and Q/A on a short lecture with Teacher Eric. Sometimes this step will happen before the vocabulary words are written down and sometimes after, it will depend on the class context.
Oral Activity
This activity is not yet prepared, but will be the final activity the students will do in the last few minutes of class.
