A rule very simple but effective rule change is not being allowed to run because there are many health concerns realeted to running.
A health concern is asthma witch limits the amount of air you can breathe so i want to make the rule change of no running. because people who don’t have asthma would have an advantage over people who do have asthma.
A mobility concern is not having properly functioning joints and or old joints. Fast movement can damage the joints and this is a reason for a rule of no running.
There are lots of benefits of playing a sport like social benefit because you need to communicate with your team and there’s a health benefit because you are active and exercising which is good for your body

Health
Most elderly people have weaker muscles and bones and thire immunity system is weak. Therfore if an elderly falls or gets injured it can be very dangerus for them and sometimes eaven fatel. Falling is a big problem and results in 30000 deaths a year. Falling can be caused by balancing issues, vison issues, hearing issues, dizzines, weak legs. So in order to play football elderly people should avoid running(especialy for people with disorientation issues) or strain any moucels or parts of thire body that hurts. Eldery should also be very cautius of other players when tackaling/being tackled since it can be agressive and cause a very big injury to an elderly person
Rule changes
Due to falling risks, footabll needs to be modified in order to incluide elderly players. A obvius rule to change is the fact that elderly people cant run. If an elderly person that has dissorientation issues runs, they could get dizzie and fall, causing an injury. Therfore all players will walk. This also lowers the chance of straining a sencative muscel or body part. To avoid injuries whilst tackaling, no tacakaling will be allowd. The goal and the pitch will also be shrunk so that people get tired less and the golie dosnt need to jump as often.
Benifits
There are alot of benifits form playing a modifed version of football. Firstly you will be alot more active and do more exersise, which can help strengthen your muscels, and therfore lower the risk of a bad injury. Fresh air and being outside also helps since you will gwt vitemins that you wouldnet have otherwise recived. You will also be in a team which will help your teamwork and collaboration skills.

We couldn’t run with the ball we couldn’t use our hands and we couldn’t tackle other players and we needed to stay one meter away from them and you could only shoot outside the box
Benefits
In this game their is less contact to other people so their is less possibility to get hart in normal football because you can’t tackle anybody.

Football is a very physical sport and you could get hart and their was neymar that in 2014 world cup olmost got paralyzed so to not make people hart old people could play this game of football

elderly people's bones/muscles get weaker and weaker over the years this means they are slower less strong and less flexible therefore one healf concern would be to ban the use of tackling as to not physically damage the other players

one rule that we can implement is that you can not shoot the ball when outside the area this createst 2 things n1 it makes it a little easier for the goalkeeper because the ball has more travel time so they dont need quick reflexes and this also gets rid of the masses of people that can be generated right infront of the goal when some people are trying to score and some kick it away
benefit
a very good benefit of playing sports at such an age is that you can get a lot of phisical exersise and also a bunch of social interaction this helps both the body and the mind
