Follow through with the teacher and address specific concerns.

Intervention
The parents or guardians are then brought in, they are brought up to speed with all information. A follow-up meeting between all parties including the student, teacher, principal, and school counselor is scheduled for later date.
Eligibility Determined
After the student has been evaluated by the school principal and school counselor on separate occasions; and both parties have confirmed.
If not eligible, consider continued interventions and/or accommodation plans
