prjoect-based learning
students work on open-ended projects of problems. learning is student-centered with the teacher as the facilitator. students usually work in cooperative groups for extended periods of time, seeking multiple sources of info and creating authentic products. projects my involve problem solving, they are not always focused on a problem. while projects my be inquiry based, they do not always incorporated inquiry skills.
