Construction of a Structure
1.) Survey of Land using tools like Lidar, Total Station, Theodolite, Fly level, Dumpy Level
) Prepare drawings based on surveying (Total Station to Autocad)
3.) Concept Designing on softwares like Autocad, Revit, Sketchup, 3DS Max, ArchiCad
4.) Detailed Designing (Revit, Microstation, Tekla, ETABS, STAAD PRO, Archicad, Rhino)
5.) Design Review( Navisworks, usBIM.Clash, BIM Vision, Syncro Pro)
6.) Construction Planning & Scheduling ( Primavera P6, MSP, TILOS)
After having everything in place it requires appopriate reviewing such that any errors/clashes/mistakes can be reviewed and also synchronization of design with various disciplines like Achitecutre, Civil, MEP etc
After defining concept now it becomes important to detail out what is actually required at the very basic level like bringing every discipline together at one place or in one drawing or model
At this stage topographic drawings will be fed into design softwares so that concept designing can begin
At this stage Survey Proccess outputs need to be translated into drawings to understand on paper how area looks like
