FIRE RESPONSE
INFORM - REPORT FIRE. Inform person/org rep. Warn others in area
RETURN - If SAFE to do so, Return and re-attempt.
EVACUATE - If Fire NOT CONTAINED, EVACUATE according to EVACUATION PROCEDURES.
FIGHT - If FIRE is small, do it safe to do so
