Struggling Students
Identify struggling students in the
classroom.
Provide direct assistance in the classroom.
Student does not show improvement. Adjust lesson to incorporate the different modes of learning.

Differentiate class materials to aid student.
Discuss the student with other teachers. Gather information on the student's performs in both academic (Chinese, maths, English) and visual & kinesthetic (PE, music, art) subjects.
Involve school counselor. Share information gathered to assist in identifying the issue.
School counselor observes student to get a better understanding of the situation.
The school counselor identifies signs of a low-risk learning difficulty. Provides the teacher with suggestions and continues to monitor.
