      - Surveillance workers at all times during work hours in the workplace with cameras to ensure teamwork and no sabotage.
        
        Business remodelling
    - - Major companies are obligated to ensure housing to some of their poorest workers, like the housing program of the River club where they can live closer to work.
      - Introduce complementary benefits for joining the workforce/company to encourage hard work, and also advertise the company.
