TVA: Control flood and provide cheap electricity, BUT private companies disagreed
Second New Deal
AAA, FSA: Helped the farmers(2nd New Deal)
But sharecroppers(소작농) did not benefited
Reduced overproduced crops --> Increased crops price
FSA gaved loans for farmers
FDR did not achieved all his goals in first new deal

Criticisms of New Deal
The Supreme Court
AAA and WPA was decided unconstitutional as it gave too much power for central government
11 out of 16 alphabet agencies were shut down due to violation of state's right
Failures of some plans such as price control or job creation
Businessman disagreed as it was going against Lasiez-faire
Left wings said the New Deal was not focused on helping the poors
Huey Long, a left wing said Roosevelt does not focus on helping the poor and creating security net.
Many left wings criticized that New Deal needed more wealth re-distribution
Republicans
New Deal was against America's individual responsibility
They criticized New Deal as communism
Liberty league was formed by Businessman to stand against New Deal as they wanted more Lasiez-Faire type policy
They opposed welfare
State rights
Governors argued that New Deals were against the state's right. Relates with Supreme court veridiction that Alphabet agencies are illegal
