BIP Goal:
To become leader in the the AECO industry by implementing the BIM process and standards relevant to our architecture practice, enhance workflows, provide clients with better product aligned with whole life-cycle approach
Target 1:
Current Challenge: drafting in 2D and slow learning curve with new softwares
Opportunity: model in 3D, save production time, and increase technical capability
Target 2:
Current Challenge: Architecture and Interior Design departments have collaboration and coordination issues and lack of communication between departments
Opportunity: creating standard (templates) procedures by using collaboration, coordination, and communication tools (i.e. slack, Solbri, BIMsync)
Target 3:
Current Challenge: project design and CD phase burns project fees
Opportunity: implementing BIM, we increase project efficiencies and gain profit
Provide the necessary funding, support, tools, and training to adopt BIM
Project Lead: ensure BIM processes and standards are executed as intended and delivered per client scope of services
