Notes on lead source, desires, products
Click "DEAL" + and create a deal for $1000 (this puts them into sales pipeline)
Name, email, phone
Add follow up AUTOMATION/TEMPLATE (needs to be created) for new sales leads to assign tasks, emails, SMS's and more.

STEP TWO
Task for Uzair & Van to call to
QUALIFY
as a prospect and book in Starr's calendar
Task for Uzair and Van to FOLLOW UP until contact made via email, phone or SMS
Immediate email & SMS goes out to lead once added as "LEAD" (or other trigger Bill suggests)
Email & SMS automation continues for 30 days, then drops into "stale" automation which lasts forever.

Weekly, check ALL sales pipelines to ensure that leads have been interacted with.
