I was procastinating over what to discuss in the daily mentor meetings. Decided to put more emphasis on what they would like to discuss / learn
Questioning techniques were idenitifed as a weakness
Started to set agendas in advance, give homework
I would often procastinate throughout the day about things to discuss, so have early morning coffee catch-ups has been a great technique
