Lesson: At the beginning of the cycle ,learners choose a time period and pretend they are living in it. They tell fellow learners what major world events are happening at around that time e.g I am Jen in 30BC and Jesus is healing people in Egypt. .
Lesson:Teach the learners the meanings of these abbreviations. Learners discover the timeframes/year periods each historical refers to. Learners learn about some important historical events that occurred in these times.
