The mass exodus of people will cause capital funds to exit the country lessening domestic investment
The country's receiving immigrants will gain more people and a larger workforce
This may stretch their social services to their limits and cause a lack of supply of healthcare and education
However this may increase the available number of jobs, and lower unemployment
Political
A decrease in voter base will mean that change will most likely never come to the home country
In the country many are migrating to this will become a political issue that will be debated and disagreed upon
Further Concequences
There are more failing democracies in the world
This means that mass migration will increase
Causing population centers to move and having areas with millions of acres of unused land
more developed nations end up with overstretched social services
