Reasons
Family: Family issues, miscommunication, pressure, stress
Social: People around us such as teachers, family, classmates ,friends, which these people can sometimes stress out a person with their actions as well as what the words that come out from their mouth.
Education:Workload, not enough confidence, failures in assignments, deadlines, time management
Physical symptoms
Easily exhausted during the day, Hard to sleep during the night, due to the many things that they are thinking about, which makes their stresses out their brain
Usual headaches, which headaches might make your body feel weak as well as focusing or thinking well, headaches could also make you feel tipsy which leads to the points from before
There are also small details that we can identify, such as very cold hands, dry mouth, occasionally grinding their teeth, or a clenched jaw.
Behaviour or mental symptoms
Their emotions could be different from their regular selfs, they might feel frustrated, moody, overwhelmed, confused
Poor judgement, Forgetfulness, Disorganised, Inability to focus well are all metal/behaviour symptoms that might happen when we feel stressed out.
Low self-esteem could cause negative thoughts that might affect our own confidence in our work, how we interact, and how we look at ourselves, people with low self-esteem mostly will look down on themselves, not knowing how to appreciate themselves.
Things that could help release stress
Exercising can help release stress by reducing negative effects of stress, which can help improve your emotions and balance your mood
Talking to someone can also help, if you don't want to talk to your nearest friends or family, maybe social workers might help you find the reason of stress
**Listening to music can also release some of the stress out, melody or beat within these songs can help you feel more optimistic, which some slower pace music can help relax your mind which can also release the tension and stress in your brain.
