ISOMERISM - Coggle Diagram
ISOMERISM
Structural Isomerism: It is due to the difference in the arrangement of atoms within a molecule, without any reference to space.
Chain Isomerism
It is referred to the possibility of branching in carbon atoms, i.e. Carbon can be arranged in straight chain or in a branched chain.
Position Isomerism
In the position isomerism, the carbon atoms remain unchanged while the important groups groups lies around the chain.

Metamerism
In metamerism, the functional group will remain same and unequal distribution of the carbon atoms takes place.
Tautomerism
A tautomerism is a compound in which the isomers only differs in the position of the electrons and protons.
