Amount of water I intake when lifting
I lift 3 days a week, each for about an hour
Each lift I burn between 300-400 calories every lift
I should be drinking 7 to 10 ounces every 20 minutes to prevent dehydration
Amount of water I intake when Running
I run and condition 2 times a week for about an hour each run
I burn between 900 - 1,200 calories per run
I should be drinking 7 to 10 ounces of water every 20 minutes to continue healthy hydration
Amount of water I intake while in class
Monday, Wedsenday, and Fridays I have 3 classes each day
This means I should be drinking 2-3 cups of water per hour, so overall in my classes I will drink a total of 6-9 cups within 3 hours.
Tuesday and Thursday I have 1 class
Since I have 1 class that day I should be drinking 2-3 cups between that hour class
Weekends with no Lifting, class, or running
On weekends since I have have off I'm not as busy, making it easier to drink more water. I won't be burning as many calories as well.
For my weight I should be and will be drinking 75- 150 ounces of water a day.
