2. Is the student struggling in class? Is he or she showing behavioral difficulties, struggling academically or both? Does the child exhibit behavioral problems such as hyperactivity, aggression, withdrawal, Emtional dysregulation or learning difficulties? :question:
If the student is struggling academically, check to see if this is a recent occurrence or is the students has a history of underachieving.

3. Talk with my co-teachers and supervisor about how the student is struggling. Explore strategies we could use. :!?:
Determine whether or not the student is suited to learning in a regular classroom. Does the student have a serious problem that needs to be addressed with special education teachers? :no_entry:
