Make no mistake - Ethereum would never have existed without Bitcoin as a forerunner. That said, I think Ethereum is ahead of Bitcoin in many ways and represents the bleeding edge of digital currency.

Sticky Quotes
"We are microsystems. (We each hold contradictions—my shellac nails vs. my desire that no one do the toxic work of nail painting, my family travel vs. my desire not to use fossil fuels, etc.). Our friendships and relationships are systems. Our communities are systems. Let us practice upwards" (p 36 of "Emergent Strategy")

Design Thinking
Empathise
I empathized with my audience by thinking of solutions that were not only simple but budget-conscious. This was one of the main concerns in my design thinking process.
For DLMNP: I want to explain my thought process + why I chose to think this way about the topics at hand -- brining accessibility to progressive practices.
Define
In this sector, I analyzed typical practices that are apart of American everyday lives that contribute to greenhouse gas emissions. By defining the needs that are required, I was able to think of ways to achieve the same practices while being climate-conscious.
For DLMNP: While reflecting on my experience, provide my definition of digital literacy and how it has changed from before and after this course.
Ideate
In this element, I took into account the many ways that individuals contribute to the global climate crisis. My contributions were to emphasize the simplicity required to make large impacts with changes made at a small scale.
For DLMNP, Points to discuss: things I could have changed in projects. How my outlook on the topics covered have changed.
Prototype
As my project did take digital form, I was able to create a prototype of the visual aspect by creating a website.
-
Test
While the participatory futures project I completed was only shared with those in my group and not disseminated with analytical properties, I can not confirm if the solutions proposed are suitable.
